What your one-time implementation fee covers

Implementation scales with your DSP — $500 for 1–50 employees, $1,000 for 51–100, $2,000 for 101+. Same hands-on onboarding either way.

We migrate your data, not you

Employee profiles, completed documents, prior compensation, and tax history move into UZIO with your onboarding specialist running the process. No CSV templates to wrestle with. No clean-up work landing back on your dispatcher's desk.

Tax setup reviewed before your first payroll

Your specialist audits your current tax rates, statuses, and account numbers — federal, state, and local — and flags issues before they become payroll corrections. Critical when you're operating across multiple states.

Training built around how DSPs actually run

Live 1:1 sessions on the UZIO portal. Walkthroughs cover the workflows that matter for DSP operations — scheduling, time tracking, and payroll runs — not a generic product tour.

Support through your first two payroll runs

Your onboarding specialist joins your first and second payroll runs to confirm accuracy and catch issues before they hit your associates. After that, support is available weekdays 7am ET to 7pm PT — by phone, email, or ticket.
